According to sources, "They have a script and they are planning to approach Preity Zinta to play the leading lady. An emotional drama, the film will star Bobby Deol and Dharmendra. It revolves around a father-son relationship and will be directed by Sangeeth Sivan. It will be shot entirely in Uttaranchal and Kulu-Manali."
The director apparently wanted a fresh face opposite Bobby. But it was Bobby who wanted Zinta instead. Apart from the two being very close friends, the actor believes that their on screen chemistry is simply amazing.
The source further added, "Bobby has yet to speak to Preity about the role. She is currently travelling for The Unforgettable Tour and when she returns, he will arrange a script narration for her. And if she has the necessary dates, the film is definitely on."
And that's not all, the director is also looking out for an actress opposite Senior Deol, Dharam Paaji.
Sangeeth however refused to comment on the casting, "We've just finished the story and scripting and we're in the casting process. We require two actresses for the film and haven't decided on anyone as of yet."
